This is the sign up for Nipper Trials for the 2026/2027 Nipper season.

Please only sign up if you have been invited to do so - we invite people only from our waiting list or siblings of current members.

We will be assessing the children's swimming, but it is also a chance for them to see if they will enjoy nippers and try out some of the skills they will learn such as board paddling and rescues.

Younger children (7-9 years) will need to show they can swim 50m with a good attempt at front crawl (rather than doggy paddle) and without holding the sides.
Those 10 and older will need to swim a continuous 100m front crawl with a recognisable stroke.

We understand the children maybe nervous and we will attempt to make the session fun rather than a strict test!

If the children could be changed ready to get in the pool at 11am, ideally wearing jammers or a swimming costume rather than boardies or a two piece (as this prevents rub from the boards). They will need goggles.
