This session is for those planning to compete at the national pool events.
Nippers - The first session is open to all nippers and is particularly suited to those who are keen to try swimming in a 50m pool as an experience or to see if they would be keen to compete at the national surf lifesaving championships.
The subsequent sessions will be aimed at those planning on attending the Cardiff comp in March 25.We have booked four sessions in total for nippers. The dates for the subsequent Saturdays are 18th January, 22nd February, and 22nd March.
Youth and Seniors - All sessions are aimed at those that are planning to compete at nationals. Those new to comps are definitely encouraged and welcome to attend.
