Teams
Youth (U18, U16 and U14)
4 x 25m Manikin Relay - U18, U16, U14 - Male, Female
4 x 50m Medley Relay - U18, U16, U14 - Male, Female
4 x 50m Lifesaver Relay - Mixed ages - 2 male and 2 female in each team

Seniors Born 2010 and older - Turning 16 this year.
4 x 25m Manikin Relay
4 x 50m Medley relay
4 x 50m Lifesaver Relay - Mixed

Masters (30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)
4 x 25m Manikin Relay
4 x 50m Medley relay
4 x 50m Lifesaver Relay - All age groups - Mixed
Please note that in Masters at Nationals events will be in 5 year age groups.

If you wish to enter Youth and Seniors or Masters and Seniors you will need to pay the competition fee twice so £40 total. Two separate sign ups.

There is no extra fee for teams, but we are limited on entries and age groups.
